You have questions; I have answers.

Can I still work with you if I did not book with you?

Yes! If your vacation was booked within the last 30 days and hasn’t been paid in full, I can send you a Transfer Form so we can continue planning together.

How far in advance should I start planning?

Disney releases packages for the following year around June.

My personal suggestion is to start planning 6 months to a year out. This allows you a good buffer of time to be prepared to book dining 60 days out.

I have booked a trip just days before so anything is possible. But I like to recommend around 6 months.

How much is the deposit for my vacation?

Disney World:

For a vacation package (staying onsite), Disney requires a $200 deposit.

If we book just your resort, Disney requires the cost of a one night stay as your deposit.

If we book just your park tickets, Disney does require full payment upfront.

Disney Cruise Line:

Disney Cruise Line requires a 10% deposit for most sailings.

Universal:

For a vacation package (staying onsite), Universal requires a $50 deposit per guest.

If we book just your park tickets, Universal does require full payment upfront.

Will you book my dining and enchanted extras?

Yes! This is the fun part! Discovering your likes and matching you with the best places to eat. Some of my clients prefer to do this themselves because it is a part of the fun but

Disney World:

Dining and extras open up at 6AM (CST) 60 days out from your vacation.

Disney Cruise:

Dining and extras are made available based off of your Castaway Club status.

What is the Cancelation Policy?

Cancel before 30 days out -> full refund

Cancel 30 days out -> full refund except $200 deposit

Cancel 48 hours out -> no refund

If you modify within the 30 day window and the modification causes the balance to be less, there is a $50 fee. But if the modification causes your balance to go up, there is no fee.

Stand alone tickets are nonrefundable.

What if I want to spend a day at Universal Orlando, can you book that as well?

Yes! I love Universal and would highly recommend a visit! Especially for all the Harry Potter fans.

I also have resources exclusively available to my clients specifically for Universal Orlando Resort.

What if a new promotion is released after I have already booked? Am I still eligible for the discount?

Yes! This is actually one of the major perks of using me as your travel agent. Anytime a promotion is released, I automatically apply it to your reservation. My goal is to get you the best deals!

If I am a member of DVC, can you still help me plan by vacation?

Yes! Even though I can’t help you book your resort, I can help you book your park tickets if they surpass 2 days in the parks.
